About Our Mission
One day, our family was walking in our neighborhood. Well, at least two of us were walking. The other three were my boys and they were piled into the coolest Powerwheels Jeep's out there.
My boys are the crazy, active, rough and tumble boys, always getting into everything. You know, the kind people look at when you take places in bewilderment and remembrance of their youth. As we walked and they powered along, one of our neighbors asked if our boys wanted a set of youth golf clubs. They, of course, jumped at the chance and proudly stuffed them into the back of the jeep with excitement all the way home.
The magic happened when we got home and they realized there was a golf ball grabbing pole in the bag. After explaining what it was for, they were hooked. All they wanted to do was go look for golf balls. So we went looking for golf balls on our local course. As they found golf ball after golf ball, their excitement grew and grew.
After taking them out multiple times a week and collecting many golf balls, an idea popped into my head. What if we could take the excitement of finding a golf ball and turn it into a multi-level impact for others? Something that could really help our community. Something as simple as the excitement of finding a golf ball could change someone's life by introducing them to the word of God.
